Your implant consultation will last approximately 60 minutes and will include:
- A full oral health examination.
- Any necessary x-rays that you may require (but not a 3D CT scan, as this will only be taken as and when required).
- A treatment planning session with the implant surgeon.
- A digital 3D oral scan is taken or scheduled – no gooey impressions are necessary.
- A smile design session on our Trios software allows you to see how you look with a different smile or tooth position, if appropriate.
Free Implant Consultations
Your free dental implant consultation is a 30 to 60-minute consultation in our non-clinical suite in the practice with our implant treatment coordinator. We find our patients enjoy getting a tour and meeting some of the team to help you feel more at home within our friendly clinic before finding out all about dental implants, the options available to you, and their associated costs over some refreshments. This enables you to gather all the information you need to help you decide if implants are right for you, completely free of charge and with no obligation to go ahead with any treatment!
Because of the complicated nature of the work we are carrying out, all fees here are used as a guide.
Your treatment plan will be an estimate for your specific treatment, and we will explain the cost at each stage.
In some complex cases, the treatment quoted may be more than the prices below.

Composite Bonding
(Where the structure of your natural tooth remains, and composite resin material is bonded to match the shade of your natural tooth, adding a few mm to the surface of your tooth, this is often used to give a more aesthetic appearance, particularly to replace lost worn enamel or dentine on the front surface or edges of teeth, or to correct mis-shaped, genetically small teeth, discoloured teeth which cannot be changed with whitening, or simply to enhance the overall aesthetics of your smile)

(Where composite completely covers the whole front of the tooth surface. We offer a smile trial, where you can “try before you buy” and try on your digitally planned new composite veneers on your teeth in a temporary material instead of composite, giving you full control over the process and how you would like them to look.)

(This is where you get to road test the new look of your teeth in a temporary material, and if you would like any changes we document that, so we can make your ideal smile that’s most suitable for you, or if you decide you then don’t want the treatment you are not obliged to go ahead. This temporary material is removed at the end of the appointment.)

Composite Edge Bonding
(This is composite bonding but not full coverage, typically used to restore worn edges or chips in teeth, which often occurs through years of tooth-on-tooth grinding and acid erosion. Your teeth would need to be a shade you were content with before this process, as your clinician will need to exactly match the composite shade to your natural tooth unlike composite veneers. Depending on the severity and number of teeth you may need some lab work made which incurs a lab fee.)
